Child Care Programming: Bridgewater Community Childcare
At Bridgewater Community Childcare, we believe that high-quality, compassionate childcare is the heartbeat of a strong, connected community. As the cornerstone programming for the BACF, our State of Vermont licensed center - located within the historic Bridgewater Village School since 2022 - is entirely dedicated to nurturing the individual growth, safety, and joy of every child and educator.
Grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach and Vermont Early Learning Standards, our holistic program goes beyond traditional care to foster lifelong learning, creativity, and foundational social connections. By partnering closely with families in a vibrant, inclusive environment, our dedicated educators empower children to explore, inquire, and thrive, ensuring that every child and family feels valued, supported and confident.
Parent Info Nights: Knowledge, Resources, and Connection
Our intention is to periodically host Parent Info Nights designed to provide practical knowledge and supportive resources for raising healthy, thriving children. These informative sessions will cover a rotating range of essential topics, including key developmental milestones, strategies for navigating common family challenges, and introductions to valuable local resources. We will feature expert guest speakers who share their specialized insights, creating an engaging forum for learning and dialogue. Whether you are seeking specific guidance or simply wish to connect with other parents and build your knowledge base, these evenings are dedicated to enriching your journey as a caregiver and strengthening the well-being of your family. Rental Spaces: Your Venue for Meetings, Events, and Gatherings

Our community center offers our Downstairs Community Room, an ideal setting for larger gatherings, receptions, or regular organizational meetings. By renting our facility, you are also supporting the vital programs and services we offer to the community. Town Emergency Shelter: IN PROGRESS
The foundation's board of directors is currently working on fundraising and outfitting the community room to serve as an emergency shelter for the area. More information coming soon!
